Chicken livers pan-fried with onions in a splash of balsamic vinegar, garnished with rocket leaves and served with slices of chargrilled ciabatta

Goat’s cheese coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried, served on a bed of rocket leaves and drizzled with a balsamic reduction
